Can someone help me ??? I don't know how to run any of these theme. I really wanted to have a customized theme but I really don't know how to do it.
Can someone teach me how to do it step by step for me to easier understand?

Wow! love the progress bars!!!
I'm willing to bet most of you stay on the computer even late at night, -- which is bad for your eyes and your sleep.
There is an easy way to fix that, without having to give up computer use!!! Plus your eyes will thank me, and the developers of the program later, I PROMISE YOU THAT!!!
It's called f.lux just google it, or whatever search you use - find "f.lux | software to make your life better"
Click that one, and it should take you to an orange page / peachy colored says f.lux at the top
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE READ THE SUPPORT PAGE **BEFORE** you use it, just to clear up ***ANY*** questions even after you start using the program!!!
The last part which I can't really control, is that you hopefully enjoy the new color, although it may take a few days to adjust, please give it some time, a few days maybe, and USE THE LONG TRANSITION SETTING!!!!!
On the support page it tells you - you can ues the special 1 - hour transition among a bunch of other important things so please read it and don't forget to share it with others - PLEASE share it with others, and tell the people you share it with to also share it with other people -- and the people you to to share with other people the "people you shared it with " tell them to share it with others and so on hahah
Please it get's NO advertising on TV or webpages !!! So don't stop telling people about it, well if you tell 5-10 people I guess that's about enough, but more would be great

I have tried to download a couple of your themes but every time i try it says that I dont have a program that ccan install or run it, that i need to get a program to do this.... any suggestions on what i should do or how to fix it?
