I downloaded your skin today. But when I mouse over anything, Anywhere,, it opens up all white blank?It doesn;t tell me what I'm pointing at anymore?

Have no idea on that one! Try changing to a different theme, delete Lucky 7's and download it again and install and apply it. Soun ds like something did not download correctly maybe.

when I do download it, this Blind is the only one that has a box pop up asking to Save File....then I have to Extract all files etc...?

That is correct, you need to extract the .wba file from inside the .zip file and double click on it to install it in Windowblinds. There are other extras inside the .zip file also.
