The only problem it has on my computer is where the little picture is on the Start Menu is.
The user pic is off-centered in the start menu. It has about a 1 pixel gap on the left side and a 14 pixel gap on the right. If it were fixed, maybe the skin would get a higher rating. As-is it is still a very good blind but the details do matter.
