Thanks everyone for comments, it's always a pleasure to read feedback to my work, especially if it's good 
seriously, I regret that , once more, people who don't like it just down the rating without any explanation.
all critics are welcome,but this kind of attitude doesn't bring anything... 
we (skinners) are not obliged to share, some people seem to forget it 
anyway downloads do not lie...

I'm enchanted with this one, and I rated it 10. Love the little place for the user pic, too. And as previously stated, you can read the words, even though it's a dark skin. Truly, good job! More, more!

Icons and Background are not in the WB theme.
You can download the wallpaper here
To use icons, you must have Iconpackager or ,like on preview, Objectdock. These apps can be found in Stardock store.
Then you can download IP theme in the gallery, like Vox
If you want to make themes yourself you just have to use a drawing software, like Photoshop, Corel, Gimp etc.. and your imagination !
Some themes need to have specific apps (Icondevelopper for Icons, Skinstudio for WB)
It's a lot of work, but if you like it, just try !

Windoe, how did you get the folder tree section (left side of explorer windows) to change color? i have been trying to skin it for a long time and cannot get it to change. It's stuck on white. Stardock told me it's not skinable in windows 7
Please if you could tell me i'd appreciate it.

It's dark without being too much so and good-looking to boot, windoe; very nice work!
