here's another one I am going to download now - so that even if it may not work for my Windows XP, I can save it for when I get Windows 7 down the line.  A skin like this is too nice to pass up

I don´t think I may fix it as this is the only penalty for "otherwise" functional dark skin. But if anyone know how to figure that out, I would love to see how as such a glitch is always burning on dark blinds. A skinner may influence all what skinstudio and wb enable them to. I will try to re-check but I am worried I won´t succeed.

No problem Tom but for your info. I have been fooling a bit with the text colors. I have not resolved the invisible text shown in the picture but I did solve another issue. I was finding that some selected items font was almost impossible to read. I figured the fix was to change the color of the selected items font but actually that did not work for me. I had to darken the window text to make it easier to read. The color I used was 74,82,91. I am not sure if that will conflict with some other colors but so far it seams to have helped.

I think you are right. In my opinion you need to talk/work with other skinners..I mean, I got a few visualization problems similar to JuniorCrooks ones, for example, with Endeavour blind by 2of3 ( dark version, of course ), but not with your 7Dusk. Even Jaded by Xiandy works totally fine. 

Problem is not in the skin, as you correctly say, but in the interaction of some skin's components with the hardware/software configuration and graphic card features and settings of a single PC..So, I think the only way to fix it ( or to be able to provide the necessary info to the users )  is a "team work" by the dark blinds skinners...A lot of variables involved...Really hard issue

First of all: this skin rocks big time! I was looking for a good dark skin that I could customize into a "wood skin" for a long time, and I was so happy when I found this.

I got one tiny problem though: There's black text in some places where I would prefer text in a light color. I assume this is not possible due to the fact that so many colors in Windows are used in different places. I guess you would have made it light if it was possible without text being unreadable on white background in other places. Still, worth the try, so I really would appreciate an answer.

Hi Tom..... When you released the "Technix" skin for the GUIC, I thought I would come back to Wincustomize and see if I had missed any of your WindowBlinds. Well, I had missed this one!! I have been using this for about a week now, and I have to say it's one of the best skins I have used! I don't say that very often either!

Definitely one of the best dark skins around. So subtle and a joy to use.

Thanks for a great skin, If they haven't made you a "Master" yet, then I don't think you will have to wait long.
