Are you using the latest version of Windowblinds? If you are then I have no idea what could be causing your issues truckleajorders. It is more than likely something Microsoft did that is causing the issue.
If you apply any other skin besides Ansaro that is not a default skin that comes with Windowblinds, does the issue still occur?
Either way it is more than likely that it's Microsoft OS changes causing the issue if you are using the latest Windowblinds and you would need to contact [email protected] on this.
Thanks for using my work, and have a great New Year!

Hello. Nice theme. One thing I'm noticing in Windows 10 Pro x64 1903 is that the text on the taskbar (time and date, etc.) are in white which is kind of unreadable on the greyish gradient color of the taskbar.

That is a known issue with Windows 10 v1903, among many other issues, Stardock has been notified. Sorry.

I am encountering problems since I did the Windows 10 Fall Update and upgraded Visual Studio 2017 to the latest 15.5.2 update. Now VC always crashes at start up unless I:
1. Unload Windows Blinds or
2. Set the theme from Ansaro 10 back to one of the defaults
I have already added devend.exe to the exception list not to skin.
But Something has changed.
