it doesn't work with windows 10.... looks like the same old.. no backgrounds no rounded edges just windows 10 with light colours... very hard looking

It works just fine on Windows 10 Louise, for myself and tons of other people. Evidently you are having problems for another reason. Delete the skin and download it again, sounds like you may have gotten a corrupt download. Then install the new download and apply the skin. If you have issues still, try rebooting and see if that helps.
