A couple issues: The buttons do not push down correctly (the text or caption icons do not sink down with the button) and dialog buttons do not highlight correctly.
The taskbar background is the wrong color, and the taskbar is too tall in Windows 10 with small icons (this may be a bug in WindowBlinds 10.60).
I would suggest creating a virtual machine of Windows 2000 and working from that.

There are many subtle differences on how WB 10.5x and WB 10.6 render a blind (on Win10 afaik). I am aware of minor defects with this Blind, but waiting for any updates to WB 10.6 before updating my blinds again.
Thanks for the heads up.

One problem, the blue bar is of a fixed size which ruins the look of programs like firefox
This is what it's supposed to look like:
I don't have your theme up right now, but the blue part only goes a part of the way down making it look uglier than it would on real windows classic

Great theme, I only have one problem.
The shutdown button does not show for me on the Start menu, I use latest version of Start10 but its not there.
Any Ideas how to fix this?

You may not have used Windows 8.x, but it also didn't allow classic mode. Windows 8.0 was when mandatory DWM was introduced, thus ending support for the Classic theme.

Would you be willing to update this? Possibly remove the words "true classic" on the side of the left panel?

May legitimately be the most accurate emulation of Windows 98's style I've ever seen, especially from a WB skin.

Do you have any plans to update the theme to add support for advanced recoloring the way it was with Windows Classic before? I'd like to be able to emulate variations like spruce and lilac and 98 Plus themes. The built-in way to recolor doesn't work nearly the same.
