great skin almost perfect!! cept for one flaw ive found.... if you want to use a diff font, and then apply the skin again it does change all the fonts across the windows platform except for one, it does not change the timestamp font, the timestamp font must be hardcoded into the skin and it stays the same no matter what i try.... which is a shame

Have you tried Skin Studio. You can change it there for sure.

I'm sorry, but I can't understand what you're talking about... All fonts are changed on Win7 SP1 x64 and Win10 1803 x64 without any problems... All necessary settings in the SkinStudio are checked and no errors found... 
May be you can show a screenshot? Please!
