You will find the wallpaper in the skin's folder - probably something like C:\Users\Public\Documents\Stardock\WindowBlinds\Jago, the file is called jago_wallpaper.png

Actually for future. If you include it when making the skin it can be found just by using WindowBlinds and clicking on Wallpaper.
Just go to Backgrounds/Include wallpaper with your skin in SKS and there will be no looking for it as clicking on Wallpaper in WB will show it right away. Can be applied right from WindowBlinds.
