VIC. You can take it out of the folder. If on win 7 go here.
Libraries/Documents/Public Documents/Stardock/Windowblinds. Scroll down find the WB, open folder and you will see the wall. you can copy it and paste it to where you want.
Windows 10 I have to look as to where the folder is. If you need it let me know. PM will be fine.

OK, found it. Is there a way I can extract it to my pictures folder? The problem is I use Display Fusion to manage my wallpapers and can't seem to apply it from the WindowBlinds wallpaper manager.
