Hey, just purchased it but every time I try to download it sends me Wincustomize webpage.

Hi Don,
I just purchased your skin, however, it's not downloading the skin. Clicking on the link direct after purchase only opens the wincustomize main page.
I also tried to download it from within my wincustomize/stardock account, but this results in the same, it also then only opens the wincustomize homepage again.
Is this a wincustomize glitch or is it possible that something is wrong with the file itself?

Looking good Don, only trouble is wincustomnize store will not let me purchase what a letdown as I can't wait to get it on who do I contact? To get this sorted out

Hi Jakeco, I asked support because I have the same problem (and Old_Timer as well), after purchase any click on one of the download links (direct or indirect via user account) only leads to opening of the wincustomize homepage without downloading the skin, I think they will fix it soon.
