Purchased the skin, but was not able to download?

I bought this great looking skin early this morning (around 9 am, Melbourne Australia) and could not download the skin... I've been trying on and off all day, and still no luck 
It's now 10.20 pm, Melbourne Australia, and still no luck (the money, however, has come out of our account). I noticed earlier that quite a few people have mentioned not being able to download the file, and was wondering if anyone else is still having problems with downloading Brass Bars?

I'm sorry you are having problems with the purchase of my skin, but I don't have any control over the sales/download of my skin, that's all Wincustomize, with that said, I'm quoting Spencer aka(Island Dog), "We are looking into this." This is the best I can do, I suggest customer service, if that doesn't work, then open a Forum about the subject matter of pruchasing a skin, and see if you get a respose, again, I'm sorry about your problems, wish I could be of better help.

Oh! Yeah got it on now after much torment with the site obviously updated overnight & was able to download this morning hope everybody else will be able to to really love the skin Cheers Don, you made another great one Love It
