Thanks Victechnical, and no, there's no way to disable it, you might try looking into Windoblinds settings, under transparency.

A true master of Skeuomorphism and depth. One of your best looking and most elegant themes, in my opinion. It combines structure with simplicity in a way few themes ever do.
