I hated Windows 98 always crashing hard to believe this is your first skin you've made an awesome skin I reckon you'll go a long way & I'm looking forward to your future creations we always need more Skinners

Only thing I would suggest is that you actually add a startmenu. Then link to the software to make it more faithful (like classic shell). Giving folks an option.

Although I can tolerate the default Windows 8/8.1/10 theme by MIcrosoft if I had to, it just looked depressing to me and I hated when Microsoft ditched the Classic Theme option for Windows 8 and later. So, your recreation of the Classic Theme is a welcome addition to the mix.

I was always attracted to this theme ever since Windows 95 released and when Windows 98 brought the gradient title bars with it, I thought those were so freakin' cool. Even When Windows XP/Vista/7 brought the Luna(XP) and Aero(Vista and later) themes with it which looked nice as well in my opinion, I would just switch back to classic because that's what I preferred and was so used to.

How to set this black windows watermark in Explorer ? I looking for options with classic shell explorer but i can't see any windows watermark . 

Thank you both. I feel the same way, Chivelfeyr. My very first Windows was 95, but 98 is the one I fell in love with (despite the occasional instabilities). Throughout my Windows experience I've almost always had a time when I just wanted to revert to the good old, solid classic theme. When I had that moment with Windows 10 and discovered it wasn't possible, I had only one option. And there is the result.

This is great! I have been looking for a convincing classic theme for a while now. The only thing I would really love is a themed start menu included. I can't use classic shell on my system, so the start menu is the only thing that doesn't fit currently. Thanks so much for your work on this!

Thank you both. I've updated the skin now to include a themed Win7/Start10 Start Menu as promised. I've also included some extra optional goodies after confirming with a mod that I can upload these. Please give it a go and let me know how it goes!
