Yes MiST3RSiNiST3R, it is, but, I've used it with one of my other Retro skins, so, I chose not to use it, so as to not confuse anyone.

Don, your creativity is only matched by your talent. I hope you have found making themes (skins) rewarding. In these modern times, it seems everything is moving toward treating UI as something to not be noticed and stay out of your way. Flat. Dull. Boring.
The many themes you have made, and the inspiration it offers others is a testament to the necessity of engaging UI. It is a lot easier to log into your machine and start your work, when the very workbench appearance puts a smile on your face.
Those moments that you are working, mowing the lawn, sleeping, reading a book... Somewhere else a person you do not know just logged into their desktop... and it put a smile on their face.
