First you download the file. Then you extract the 2 files that the zip includes, except the readme file, and you place them in your WindowFX scripts folder for example: C:\Program Files\Object Desktop\WindowFX\Scripts
Then you open the WindowFX properties window, where you choose what transitions you want to use, and select Mshaky from the list. You are done.

Thank for the feedback guys. IcedSpirit, The skin I'm using is in my other Hard Drive, I'll try to look up the name for you today. I'm been really busy registering for clases, I hate this time of the year Oh well.

I don't remember, I stopped using WindowBlinds, it was giving me too much trouble with my apps. It was OSXNG or iskin, don't remember very well.
