I wish I could use this. I have XP and WMP9 but when I try to use it I get this error message:

XML Parse Error: Line: 1 Clomn:6
The XML processing instuction, , is not supported by this parser.

I really love this look, It's soo smooth, and clean.
Can i ask what graphics program you use to make the images with?

VERY good Work!

Is it possible to make this work with the color change (fader) thats part of the default skin in WMP9? If you could make that work, that would be really great. Im not sure how that color change fader works, but it looks like this could be setup for that some how. Just an idea.

Well, this may be a little late to your answer your question tycheng, but if anyone else is wondering the same thing, you basically take the skin file (it ends in .wmz, you may have to unzip it from a folder) and drag it into the window media player skins folder.
Go to your programs folder, find windows media player and open that folder, inside you'll see the skins folder. You can either drag the skin file in there or save it directly when you download it. If you have WMP open, restart it and there you go, the skin will be accessible from the skin chooser menu.

Hope this helps you, and anyone else whose wondering.
