Can someone help me ??? I don't know how to run any of these theme. I really wanted to have a customized theme but I really don't know how to do it.
Can someone teach me how to do it step by step for me to easier understand?

Friend, how I can enlarge the icons and leave with that neon effect? When I put the hover effect: "Water" I can not leave as larger together. Tell me step by step to let expand and stay with neon effect while the same in the picture above. Thank you so much!

Great skin, one of the best designs I've seen and used. Love the colours and the total clean look it has. Now all I want is a Rainmeter and WB theme to go with it!. Well done definately 5 stars and my Fav
