SoundPackager 1.3 Released
Wednesday, March 31, 2010 by Island Dog | Discussion: WinCustomize News
SoundPackager 1.3 has been released today. SoundPackager is an application that lets users change the default Windows sound scheme to one of many available for download. This is done by applying “packages” of sound files which allows you to easily change to custom sounds without having to change each individual sound file. Changing to a new sound package just takes a couple of clicks, and restoring to the default Windows sounds is just a click away.
The v1.3 update includes:
- Updated compatibility with Windows 7.
- Added additional bundled sound packages to the enhanced version.
- Streamlined importing new downloaded .soundpack’s into the UI
- Updated DirectSkin skinning to DirectSkin 7
SoundPackager is part of the Object Desktop suite of desktop enhancements, and can also be purchased as a stand-alone application for $9.95. More information, including a free trial download is available here.
