Backing Up ObjectDock Plus 2.0
Wednesday, January 19, 2011 by Island Dog | Discussion: Personal Computing
People have been asking how to backup their settings for ObjectDock Plus 2.0, so here is a quick tutorial on how to do it.
Open ObjectDock settings, and select Troubleshooting Options.
The window that opens will have a button that will take you directly to the ObjectDock settings folder.
Now you just need to backup the settings in this folder, and if you ever need to restore just copy these files back over. Alternatively, you can go directly to this folder in Windows - C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Local\Stardock\ObjectDockPlus.

I hope this is in teh wiki.
(and it'd be nice to see a link to the wiki on the settings tab [but that would be risky . . because then the wiki would HAVE to be maintained].)

Makes me wonder if there is some hidden way of simply copying and pasting color schemes from one bar to another without having to "guess" whether or not you got the colors to match after you've created a new bar.

Should have asked me for the screenies, I.D. I have them from the last one I helped. Thanks for the post.

This do not tell how to save your objectdock settings, only how to get there.

These kind of things should also be pinned somewhere for easy access and not lost in the ocean of posts. We need a topic like "Quick Tutorials" where these things can go.
