Stardock releases IconPackager 10 - Customize and Download Unique Desktop Icons for Windows

Plymouth, MI. – August 9, 2016 - Today, Stardock announced the release of IconPackager 10, a comprehensive icon changer for Windows. IconPackager 10 allows users to replace the default Windows icons with high quality custom icons. Users can customize the color of their icons, change the cursor style, download additional icons, and more.
With a new and modern user interface, IconPackager integrates with Stardock’s Start8 and Start10 and works with Windows 10, Windows 8, and Windows 7.

I just bought and downloaded Icon Packager 10 and still have no option to change the colors of individual Icons, that option is grayed out just like in the trial version.
any hints or tricks I'm missing.

Please uninstall all instances of IconPackager, reboot and install again.

Is anyone making Iconpackager themes anymore, it's been about 9-10 months since a new one appeared. I still think PlasticFantastic by Tiggzs is the best one ever! Anyone know of a better one?
I am using EcoFun, Plump, Plastic Fantastic, and Next Domain (depending on mood)
