Wincustomize Has A New Moderator - pelaird

It's been a while since we had a new addition to the fold.
pelaird was 'noticed' quite a while ago but took a little convincing on his part that he'd be right for the role.
You'll see him bouncing around on Wincustomize and on Stardock.com keeping things neat and tidy.
