I'm just now getting around to commenting on this. I'm using CursorXP on Vista, and it works great! 
This is an outstanding cursor! My favorite part is the Help animation. BTW, I would like to comment on your Philo cursor. I would have commented on that page, but I didn't know if you would see it or not at this point in time. I have a really large cursor collection. Although there are a lot of great cursors, if I had to choose a single favorite it would be Philo. I love everything about it! The way the color is inlaid in the metal makes it look like a piece of jewelry. The overall look of the cursor complements just about any skin. It has a fine, precise point, which is something I always like in a cursor. The best part of all, though, is the "YinYang" Busy animation! IMO, it is the best busy animation ever! I never get tired of watching the way the "window" opens and shuts as it spins in alternating clockwise and counterclockwise directions. I am a huge fan of all of your designs, and I eagerly await your future creations! Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your artistry! Cheers, Wanda.
