this is great. I've always hated how edit fields in themes never matched the rest of a theme. Now they can.

One thing though. When you hit enter to go multi line (say for a post it note type thing) the entry field does not expand. It would be nice if either the field expanded, or the ability to go multiline was turned off (just for the sake of keeping it professional looking.

It's just an edit field not MLE.

I'll have to think about how to do an MLE.

The idea behind it is so that widget makers will use this kind of edit field instead of relying on ActiveX controls which have a lot more overhead attached to them.

Just pointing out a problem which I noted while I made a text control my self. If you try to enter the Euro sign OnChar returns a Unicode and that causes an error in Chr(). The variant ChrW() works with Unicode values.
