1. For the Nortons question:
I initally got the same malicious script code and I just opened up my Nortons and told it to ignore the scripting for the K-Dock
2. DesktopX Crashing probs:
If you are trying to edit or custom the dock for your own likings just right click over the desktop ... go to DesktopX setting and choose "List Objects". Highlight all objects then choose "disable scripts". Once you are finished with your apps then do the same to enable the scripts once again. For example... I love the fact that you can change the dove to an apple or the xp logo! However, every tome I changed it I had to chage the wallpaper for it also. So what I did was edited the wallpaper so I could remove the "dove" logo on it and made it blank, then I disabled the scripted and cloned the dove script and moved it to the center of the desktop. had to

I'm new to the whole Windowblinds thing so forgive me for this noob question, but why can I not find all the widgets included with this? I downloaded the freeware version of DesktopX. Are there certain parts of it crippled because it is freeware? I really wanted to try out the weather and calender functions in this set.
what i think your prob is is that you are not impoting the dock correctly. go to your "load objects" screens and choose browse. Then locte the K-dock ZIPfile and choose it. You should have no probs after this.
I know im going on forever but ID also like to say that this DOCK, by far, is the most de

the dock is the most detailed, beautiful, and amazing docks put out thus far! My only suggestion would be to incorporate you "color mixing" theme into it so that we could change the colors thoughout to suit our moods!
Ok IM DONE!

Suggestion, (maybe you could actually tell me how to do this?)...Is there anyway to have the dock visible and not restrict the screen area? I would like it to be visible, but when using other programs and my browser, I would like those programs to sit ontop of the dock and have the full screen.
Again, Great Work!!!

1. Is there an easy way to change the color from blue if I felt like using a non-blue wallpaper with it?
2. Does the weather portion have a way to display a forecast?
3. I'm using the K-Tek Steel windowBlind and it's shading is a bit lighter than the shade of metal in the K-Dock. Is there a way to lighten up the shade of the K-Dock, for better matches?
4. Is there a way to have the K-Dock not restrict screen area and not always be on top, but remain ALWAYS open on the desktop?
5. Is there a way to have a different symbol other than the Windows/Apple/K-Teck symbol at the bottom of K-Dock (specifically, the bio-hazard symbol that you've used elsewhere)?

I guess I have to get Winamp now............but that's o.k.
I've wondered what is so special about it, now I get to find out!
****UPDATE******
Installed WinAmp (As if anyone cares) and it works good with this dock
Bug Report- If you open up visualization with the media player running, and you maximize it, then close it...........when you try to use the playlist, the mouse goes UNDER most of the playlist area. This is the only time I've found that it does this. Just wierd luck that I found it at all, but thought you might like to know.
One other bug I noticed is, when I restart the computer now, and sometimes when using the dock, my icons get moved. I have them all set to the right. It moves about half of them back to the left side of the screen.
Lastly, I'd like to know if there is an easy way to get rid of the calculator? I just put a shortcut to Window's calc.(which my wife prefers) and the included one is just takin' up space.
