Love the theme. It's good to see something in the Desktop X section that isn't zoomers, icons, or MAC OSX themes.

And it's a nice change from the boring WinXP desktop

I'm glad you like it. Is there anything that you think would make it better?

also, let me know if you think I should make some extra buttons for it so you can change customise it to your programs?

I think one of the most important factors of a DesktopX theme is for it to be "Resolution Independent", meaning for it to work properly in all screen resolutions.

It might look great in 1024x768 but in 1280x1024 you will have a theme with out of place objects.

What you can do is when you have your theme set up just right, go into each objects properties and select the Relation button. Where it says "Adjust position on different screen size", set both X axis and Y axis to rescale. If you want to conserve space, use jpeg instead of bitmap for your wallpaper and set it to resize.

I have done this to a theme i made https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?library=3&SkinID=2114 and it works like a charm

Just passing along what i have learned

The png format has Transparency built in where as with bitmap you have to fill in the background with magneta. Png has better compression i think (im still learning to make png objects).

I love it because it is straight to the point and it makes your desktop so clean. The only thing I would like to see is a button like for tv(you know because this theme would be great as a multimedia center front end for a home theater. keep up the good work.
