Goes well with pumpkin wallpaper. 
I cloned all of flakes like 8 times and it went to just 10% consant load. Nice work!!

How would I incorporate this into a different theme, and have the flakes fall while having other things going 
...I've had Desktop X for a while, but i'm just now gettin to learn scripting and things....

Just one small thing: I'm working on a two-monitor's system and only the primary's showing snowfall, the secondary's clean.
I'm not into it but can that be changed?

Would be much better if you could leave everything on the desktop the same and have only the snowflakes. The snowman that links to the desktop icons may be just a bit much. It also hides several items on the desktop that can only be seen by having the item appear over all windows.

The theme hides nothing but desktop icons.
And that can be turned off with a couple of clicks in DX settings.

I've got falling snowflakes on my 1600x1200 desktop, and like you said, it uses less than 1% of the CPU.
