This is not fair. In this theme I have just added some objects and widgets to the ttheme Hazard Zone, and i got the rating 1.5 stars, and Hazard zone without adding any objects or widgets is 4.5 stars !?!?! 
I don't like this, I JUST ADDED FEW THINGS AND THE THEME RATING WENT DOWN!?!?!?!?!?

somebody tell me why my rating is so less??!?!?!?!!? It's got all parts of HAZARD ZONE, plus some more objects

Any way, I made a new theme that is awaiting moderation, probably by tomorrow it will be there for download, its totally different, it's much better and i hope i get a good rating.

I remember when I first found wincustomize. I was a lot like you... My first skins were pretty bad but I figured a lot of stuff out over time.
If you want any help skinning, my aim is Latin45678 and my msn messenger is Sakelly@gcds.net
if you want to look at some of my work, my website is http://latin4567.net (although its not complete yet) or you can just look at my wincustomize library at http://www.latin4567.wincustomize.com
about the theme...
Overall its an O.K start. Please note that you dont have to use a camera to take a screenshot. If you press the PrtSc button (located near the top right of your keyboard) a screenshot of your computer will be added to the clipboard. From there, you can paste it into paint or photoshop and save it as an image file.
I suggest you try to wein yourself away from using other people's objects in your theme. No one wants to download somthing

basically I was saying that no one wants to download somthing that they could download from the original artist. try to create your own stuff...
