Whenever I run Destop X...an Air message pops up an says DXwidget.exe has encountered an error and must close. This program seems really cool too. Someone please help!
Thanks,

I have 2 strange problems with it: i can no longer drag and drop from window to window. For example, let's say that I have my "My Documents" folder open in one window and the "Windows" directory open in another. If i have my "My Documents" maximized and the "Windows" folder minimized and I try to drag a file drom my "My documents" folder down to the task bar where my windows directory is and "hold" the file over the "windows" button/bar, the "windows" window won't open where as it usually will so i can drop the file into the new folder.
And the second problem:
If i have 2 folders open and one is "shrunk" (not fully maximized but is the window currently "on top") and a fully maximized window behind it and i try to drag a file from the top, smaller window to the lower one, it wont change the focus to the lower window. And before anyone asks, yes, i did/am clicking and holding the file while I drag.
Maybe these issues are problems with my computer alone or maybe someone else is having the same problem. If no one else is having the issue, ill try and figure it out myself and if it's not just me, could you, MikeB314, some how patch/fix this and post the update. I would be most appreciative. Thankx

One question though: How did you find out about the Taskbar object type using the 3-image setup? I can't seem to find anything but a vague reference to an "advanced" feature with taskbar images. Did you have to talk to Alberto, or is there some written DX doc resource I don't know about?

big.phil: Those sound like issues with DX itself. I'm just using standard Stardock plugins to create this stuff. The DX taskbar doesn't support drag and drop, unfortunately.
slabgar: You can switch to Builder mode ("Create" from the DesktopX welcome screen) and customize the drives to whatever you like.
MountainDragon: I just exported the taskbar from one of my old themes, replaced the graphics, and tweaked the margins. Originally I started by exporting a taskbar from someone else's theme. You can figure out a lot by just looking at how other people did it. Documentation? What's that?
