Purple and Black

I made this skin (my first, incidentally) for two reasons - firstly, I was fed up of all the other skins on here killing my memory. Secondly, and more importantly, I hated having to minimize everything to change the track on the MP3 Player - so I solved the problem myself.
This skin has 4 autohiding bars, at each edge of the screen; the bottom bar is the MP3 Player, left is the taskbar/systray, top has links to my most visited websites, and right has my most used programs. Of course, all this is customizable, and so you can change all the programs/links to how they suit you. All of these skins work much like the Windows autohide function, in that you can activate them even with a window maximized - only difference being there's 4 of them in this skin.
On the desktop, there's the standard usage stats, as well as a laptop battery indicator, wireless signal strength and a weather forecaster. Also, there is an always-on-top clock, which is useful as I hate not knowing the time, but I don't want a whole taskbar taking up screen space to do it.
OK, so this doesn't have a load of flashy graphics, and no cool desktop picture, but that was always the point - I wanted to keep this simple, using 3 colours altogether for everything - purple and black (as the skin name would suggest) for the bars, and a greyish silver for all the text. So this isn't the most pretty looking skin on this site - but it is one of the most functional.
