A few things i can suggest.
1 assign a name and parent to your objects. Makes it easier for any one using your theme to be able to change something if they want.
2 Don't lock buttons in place unless it has a parent or is in a group. If some one want's to move the media player they have to move and place each button same goes with the system information, Make a background of some kind for each of your objects, Then make your objects a child and the background the parent that way you can move them by moving the background.
3 IMHO you have to many different categories for the games.
4 If you want other people to use your theme make it easy for them. Remember not every one will have the same programs as you do especially games. List the most common programs i.e.. IE, e-mail things like that. then you can make a list generic Names such as Games or Office or even custom.. What I do is make the text set the font, size and color then clone them, That way all that a person has to do is retype the name of the program that they want and set the target.
also IMHO the system tray and task bar should be kept separate. Start button and time look out of place way in the corner by them selves. Make the time a little bigger
Keep at it Hope this helps some.
