Hi glowdark.
To use this Theme at 1024x768 Resol. Right-click the Top Bar and select Edit Script.
Edit lines:
019 - hideLeft= 224 change to 100
027 - showLeft= 224 change to 100
Use a graphic editor to resize the wallpaper.

Tell me something, where can I find a recycle can like that? Is that a widget?
I'd love to have one on my desktop but can't find one.

The little icons next to the txt like word, firefox, did you have to resize them into png format? as there is a couple blank.

Yes they are PNG and I've to resize them. But they are Drag and Drop objects(open explorer, chose the file/program you want and darg it onto the menu, resize to 18x18 for ex. and add txt)
I've downloaded the theme a few minutes ago and all looks fine to me.

Great skin! Any idea what lines I'd need to alter in the script if I wanted the bar to hide as soon as the mouse is no longer over it, as opposed to having to click it to make it hide?

Try this numbers.
1440(Your screen res.) - 834(Top Bar Size) = 606 / 2 = 303
To use 1440*990 Resol. Right click the Top Bar and select Edit Script. Edit line 019 hideLeft= 224 put 303 and line 027 showLeft= 224 put 303.
