I started out doing something that I see you do also. Which is including shortcuts to things not everyone has on their machines. I learned not to do that because when I did it, I used a bunch of shortcuts that most users had to delete, because they point to files that do not exist on other's machines. Example, you used a shortcut to City of Heros, and radar, which a lot of users won't have. Even if they do, the shortcut you used will point to your item, not theirs. I found it better to just exclude these shortcuts to begin with, and let users apply their own. I'm sure you noticed Gef supplies zero shortcuts. Just a suggestion. Great work! Especially for your first I do agree with PDJ above though, a really important part of DX Themes is customization - something I've been trying to work on.
