how far have you gotten?
download the file, unzip it to a folder (i put them all in the desktop x widget folder so that all my widgets are easy to find), load it, a box will pop-up, find your sSi098 folder, select it, hit ok, another pop-up window appears, select a skin from drop down menu, hit ok then cancel

Alexer : Unzip to any folder, start the .exe and point it to the folder You have unzipped it to at first start. After that, fill in the infos, click OK and then Cancel and reboot Your machine (due to above mentioned bug).

i think its in the read me or something but "ok" acts just as an apply button then just hit "cancel" and it works.

The account field just is for informaztional purposes and is shown when hovered over the mail-icon. As said before, I didn't manage to rename the buttons, so "OK" is "Apply" and "Cancel" is "OK". The reason for this is to be able to see changes made without needing to open preferences again.
