Nevermind just tried it with Windows blinds, will not work.

This does not work in Windows 7 Newest version of deskscapes . It keeps giving the error that the:
DESKTOP WINDOWS MANGER IS NOT ACTIVE ON THIS MACHINE
i THINI YOU HAVE TO USE THIS WITH WINDOWS BLINDS
