You might feel differently if you put hours upon hours of work into something and then had someone rip it from you and try to take credit for it. But then again, I could be wrong and you could be more like the person in the second half of my first sentence. *shrug*
I think that's the official policy at the moment.

If they are being taken from another source the author either has a license or if they want to say it's fair use has to designate the copyright holder and link to them under the terms of the DMCA.

I don't believe fair use doctrine covers desktop backgrounds. However, clips this short do not harm the commercial value because it doesn't actually show you the entire television program. So I doubt Discovery is going to complain.

After viewing this wonderful dream, it seems that the capture program wasn't deinterlacing the feed very well. The loop is pretty well done however. You have to really watch to spot it. Now to find a few slices of bread and toss crumbs at the monitor.

Very good dream! Some of you complainers must belong in the liberal fantasy world where nothing outweighs the search for frivolous litigation and lawsuits. It seems that you cannot even look at a simple dream without visions of $$$ flashing before your eyes. Shame on you!
