Thanks CarGuy1. I appreciate your response, especially after I did considerable testing and found your loops to be some of the best. I was having trouble finding much information on the creation or encoding.
The links will help considerably and I appreciate your time for posting it up.
I am currently using Vegas Pro 10. I will run some MPEG2 tests and see what I can make it to do.

Please do because the image is quite lovely, but wmv eats cycles like there's no tomorrow.

this is very nice. I would rather have this kind then the cruddy looking MPEG 2 ones. I dont care if it takes alittle CPU power. I would ratehr have one look like this than be fuzzy!!!!!!!!

Thank you for the kind words of appreciation. I prefer near photo quality if possible.
With the guidance I received from CarGuy1 I hope to improve and create more.

First, welcome to the WinCustomize Dream Gallery.
Since you asked, I will be happy to give you some tips. You need to get away from WMV and go with MPEG2.
In many cases MPEG2 will cut your CPU usage by 80 to 90%.
I've put together a collection of links that will assist you in creating dreams as well as share my encoder settings in this thread.
What software are you using to edit your video and create your loop? I suggest doing all of your work in Adobe After Effects and your final encoding in TMPGEnc 4.0 XPress.
