Look in "C:\ProgramData\Stardock\DeskScapes\ExtractedData\Valentine {526A8BB2-F40C-4DFE-B271-460465BF375A}". There should be a file named Valentine.log in there. Can you send it to bugs [at] 3oakscrossing [dot] com ?

I'm not reproducing any of that, it looks like it cannot read its settings properly. Can you send me the log file
It's loading the textures and checking the shader techniques, otherwise you would get a black screen. There must be a bug in the config code to cause that crash
New Build. I still don't know the root cause, as it seems to be sometimes not working at all, sometimes crashing and for the rest of the people working ok...
