The only thing in the file is the icon library; no IP theme.

I love these icons, but to no avail, cannot open in Icon Packager, and I have the latest version. Please fix this so I can use these. They are of a very soothing color. You did a very good job for your first time.

I can drag them into the icon packager box but lose them when I reboot, still doesn't work for me, but I do love them, nice work.
