Thanks, seldomseen! It's modeled after my own Gibson Les Paul Custom. I have a 1979 Maple Les Paul Custom that I modeled it after (at least as far as the pearl inlays and basic shape). I traced the basic shape of it, but applied the gradients and shadows more to my specifics. I'm glad you like it!

Thank you for that, I use it for my mp3 files, and use your Maple Les Paul for my wav files.
I'm a bass player myself. I play an Ibanez Soundgear 6 string bas which I've been playing for about 8 years, played a Fender Precision for about 19 years prior to that (Man I miss that bass
)
I'm pretty much a rock man myself, done the band thing, and now pretty much just work on my solo project here at home.
Also play some guitar, not very well I thimk. (though my wife would dissagree
).
I have a request for you if you have the spare time and the inclination.
I have a wallpaper with a really beautiful Alembic 6 string bass on it and was wondering if it was possible for you to make me an icon of the bass in the wallpaper.
I can't afford to pay much, but would be more than happy to send you some of my compositions in return.
