umm theres no graphics included in the zip only the *.ipz file.

Guys/Gals, Seems ya'll are forgetting this is an ICQ Plus 3.0 skin which uses the .ipz (zip) files all you need to do is copy the .ipz file into the Skins directory under ICQ Plus! If you want the bitmaps just rename the file to .zip and extract it. -Sky

Now this is a BIG problem! I see this skin, and because I like it I download it. Then I use it and I say: "Hummm... Well, what do you know? Nothing in the skin!"

Open the zip up, and unzip the .ipz file inside to ICQplus directory/skins and it'll load fine.

Is something wrong the zip is empty and now skin changes ?

Sorry I#m wrong you guys have to unzip and put the file in icq directory after that working just fine.
