1) OTS2? Please, please?
2) Small Fonts isn't really intended for use above 7 point, using it at 10 and 12 (on my machine anyway) is horribly ugly and nearly unreadable. Substitute MS Sans Serif, it looks nearly the same, and accepts larger font sizes.
3) Next to the fonts in the bar, the popup fonts look HUGE. Maybe knock them down a point or two.
4) If/when/should you update this, maybe try putting everything into an lsbox. The bar is really small enough to fit in the title bar of a maximized window, so you wouldn't need to reserve space for it. But because it's really a bunch of separate elements, bits will be on top of the maxed window and bits below. If you put all in an lsbox, the entire bar has a single zorder location, and all can be on top or below at once.
