No argument with a lot of your critique. This is an old theme (>1 yr old). I didn't really get used to using evars until OTS came around. Now I was out of skinning for a while but I didn't even know about evars until OTS came into the picture.

The wallpapers great for a 14 year old but if you had something more sophisticated
