The theme should drop straight into LS without any problems.

the only way to have alpha-blending in 9xmoshi with LiteStep is rainmation.dll (using two images, one for the graphics and one for the alphamask)

L34lst3p did the conversion. I think it's also up on LSthemes.net
That one should work better.
