The step.rc shouldn't have anything to do with that, the bar position is defined in the LSBox file. The theme popup contains an option for setting the position of the bar based on the screen size, and the bar is draggable and set to remember its last position. There shouldn't be a problem, and there wasn't for me at 1280x1024.

Sorry....just checked that...silly me...loaded the theme but hadn't looked at the configs first...
