moshi - the graphics were not stolen, they were given with permission by Sven when I first released this theme. Before you pull this attitude, maybe you should look and see that this is a remake of my first theme modern which includes the email from Sven. Why don't you email Sven and ask him yourself? I have had a few conversations with him and I know that I did not overstep my boundries. Unless you have something constructive to say in regards to the theme, or a suggestion on an improvement to it, I'll consider the matter closed.

i wish you would have included Sven�s mail in this upload as well. would have saved both of us from a little trouble. still Sven�s job to hand out permissions though

i have read the e mail that was used in the read me.
it allows permission for the modern theme. it doesent state his images are freely distributable.
it means that you had permission to use his images for that one design.
you cant authorize the distribution of these images by others, until you include a e mail from him stateing these are "freely distributeable by all"

who are you to hand out permissions for distributing mdified versions of this?
after all the graphics were stolen from the Winamp modern default skin that was done by Sven Kistner (aka bartibartman). just because you have uploaded them here does not mean you have any copyright on them.
