all i did was redo the art, then i copied the litestep folder so she could use it without it messing with my theme, obviously i dont have as much spare time as you do to sit and analyze peoples themes and nitpick every little detail that isnt up to par, if you dont like it then dont use it, simple as that

All you may have done was redo the art and copy the folder so she could use it, but you did release it to the public in this broken state. You have to expect criticisms. (Not to mention this is only a different color... it should have been all one release.)
This isn't exactly a complex theme. I think I spent 3-5 mins skimming over it.
Instead of getting pissy and negative, why don't you actually take the legitimate, constructive, feedback that you got and learn from it.

-----incorrectly includes modules
-----unnecessary files in the module directory, including modules that aren't used
-$mydir$ is redundant to $themedir$ and unnecessary
-not resolution independant
-unnecessary files in config dir
-----NetLoadModule2.dll doesn't go there, and is standard to an OTS2 setup (meaning, never include it.)
-----unused taskbar file
-----empty labels file
-popuptheme directly calls explorer. themes should only call $FileManager$
Here's a bigger problem. Lets say you have bluespectrum2 installed and you install this theme. This theme (incorrectly) includes myDir "$ThemesDir$bluespectrum2\" and defines its image folder as "LsImageFolder "$myDir$Images\". So guess where the images will come from? That's right... bluespectrum2, not here. And lets say you don't have bluespectrum2...that's right, no images at all.
