Drawing the popup with the desk wall is an old function which is lost with new LS releases. The popup.dll is old and requires modifications to coding to allow it to work....the intent was to recreate an old theme with the new RC3 release....that, and be truly minimalist....and you cannot get much more minimalist than this...

Sorry, but I must unfortunetely tell yuo that there maybee are some problem's with this theme.
It installs allright but the problem is that both the "programs" nor the "quicklaunch" popups shows up besides the name (the rest off the popup is missing) at my machine.
Likewise the "my computer" and the "control panel" popup shows at all.
Is it a problem with my setup or is it a general problem.
If it is the last I modestly will suggest that yuo maybee should consider collecting a group off friends to do some alpha and beta-testings for yuo for the future.
Off cause with a different setup than yuor own and let them test yuor theme's before uploading a theme.

mailman....most likely it is aproblem with your 'personal' popup.rc....as the popup.dll used in this theme does not handle evars in quite the same way.
With a little tweaking you can get it to display properly....as it does on mine.
If you wish I can give you my popup config so you will see it function correctly...
