Awesome! I'm sure I'm way off, but does the texture of the metal use an HDRI or is that something with the specular settings?

there is an HDRI image applied to a sky-dome to give the metal some interesting reflections - I am not using radiosity tho, just standard lighting from 2 OMNI lights
